Policy
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule your lesson time.
- No refunds or credits for missed or cancelled lessons.
- Please arrive on time as your lesson time cannot be extended.
- No food, gum, or drinks.
- Parents are welcome to observe the class at any time.
- Please park in front.
- Please do not interrupt a lesson in session. Computer lab stations are conveniently set-up for your student to quietly participate.
- Lesson time is valuable, so if you have any questions please call me so we can talk privately and freely without interruption. I value your questions and I want to offer you my undivided attention when answering your questions.
